Glioblastoma
multiforme
(GBM),
a
solid
tumor
that
develops
from
astrocytes,
is
one
of
the
most
aggressive
types
brain
cancer.
While
there
have
been
improvements
in
efficacy
treating
GBM,
many
problems
remain,
especially
with
traditional
therapy
methods.
Therefore,
recent
studies
extensively
focused
on
developing
novel
therapeutic
agents
for
combating
glioblastoma.
Natural
polyphenols
studied
their
potential
as
chemopreventive
and
chemotherapeutic
due
to
wide
range
positive
qualities,
including
antioxidant,
antiinflammatory,
cytotoxic,
antineoplastic,
immunomodulatory
activities.
These
natural
compounds
suggested
act
via
modulated
various
macromolecules
within
cells,
microRNAs
(miRNAs),
which
play
crucial
role
molecular

lipoprotein
(oxLDL)

established
two
hyperlipidemia
models
in
zebrafish
VEC-VSMC
co-culture
using
high-cholesterol
food
(HCF)
oxLDL,
respectively.

HCF
doubled

levels,
BBR
decreased
these
indices
a
concentration-dependent
manner.
