Background

Objectives:
Cancer
imposes
a
profound
burden
on
both
physical
psychological
health,

at

psychotherapy
(IMCP),
Mindfulness-Based
Cognitive
Therapy
(MBCT),
supportive-expressive
group
therapy
(SEGT).
IMCP
emerged

effective
reducing
depression,
anxiety,
demoralization
while
spiritual
well-being.
MBCT
demonstrated
significant
reductions
fear
recurrence,
SEGT
effectively
addressed
traumatic
stress
fostered
social
support.
Although
survival
benefits
inconsistently
reported,
psychosocial
improvements,
including
an
enhanced
