Introduction and aim. Tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) belongs to the cytokine family TNF/TNFR. As a multifunctional cytokine, TNF-α plays significant role in diverse variety of cellular events such as cell survival, proliferation, differentiation, death. pro-inflammatory acts bridge between inflammation carcinogenesis. Receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) are receptors belonging immunoglobulin superfamily. one primary mediators innate immunity, acute chronic inflammatory disorders, certain cancers, RAGE signaling an important role. The aim present study is analyze prognostic significance salivary oral squamous carcinoma. Material methods. A was conducted testing saliva samples collected from ten patients with well-differentiated moderately differentiated carcinomas. To determine levels unstimulated patients, ELISA kit RAY BIOTECH used study, readings were read at 450 nm. Statistical analysis performed using SPSS software. Version 23 plot standard curve. comparisons done Mann-Whitney U test ROC analysis. Results. Salivary considered be induced by radiotherapy higher level carcinoma when compared well Thus, there increase histological stages statistical also proved same. Conclusion. Hence may biomarker cancer predict prognosis.
