a
nuclear
receptor
transcription
factor
that
plays
crucial

and
gonadal
development,

its

Prostate
cancer
(PCa)
is
an
age-associated
malignancy
with
high
morbidity
and
mortality
rate,
posing
a
severe
threat
to
public
health.
Cellular
senescence,
specialized
cell
cycle
arrest
form,
results
in
the
secretion
of
various
inflammatory
mediators.
In
recent
studies,
senescence
has
shown
essential
role
tumorigenesis

development,
yet
extensive
effects
PCa

not
been
systematically
investigated.
Here,
we
aimed

feasible
senescence-associated
prognosis
model
for
early
identification

management
