Obesity in breast cancer patients is a significant predictor of morbidity as well adverse treatment outcomes. It correlates with poorer response to treatment, particularly affecting survival length and quality life. Background: Haematological malignancies and their treatment regimens often lead to various complications that impair patients’ physical functioning. This study aimed assess the level of activity exercise capacity in patients with haematological who were qualified for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Methods: A prospective, single-centre was conducted on HSCT (study group, n = 103) a cohort healthy volunteers (reference 100). The assessment protocol included International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT). Results: median age 57 years group 56 reference group. In IPAQ assessment, at least 50% reported no engagement moderate or intense activity. 6MWT, demonstrated significantly shorter walking distance compared (p < 0.0001). Factors such as membership vs. group), age, gender, body mass index (BMI) found have significant impact 6MWT performance. No differences observed results among subgroups within when categorized by diagnosis. Conclusions: Patients show levels below recommended standards, which can negatively ability endure exertion. Insufficient prior may contribute reduced capacity. Therefore, prehabilitation programmes improving structured should be an integral part care.
