Abstract Copper is an important metal micronutrient, required for the balanced growth and normal physiological functions of human organism. Abstract Hyaluronan (HA) accumulation in clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is associated with poor prognosis; however, its biology and role tumorigenesis are unknown. RNA sequencing of 48 HA-positive HA-negative formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEG). The DEGs were subjected pathway gene enrichment analyses. Cancer Genome Atlas Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma (TCGA-KIRC) data used for the cluster analysis. In total, 129 identified. tumors exhibited enhanced expression related extracellular matrix (ECM) organization ECM receptor interaction pathways. Gene set analysis showed that epithelial–mesenchymal transition-associated highly enriched phenotype. A protein–protein network constructed, 17 hub discovered. Abstract Background The objective of this study was to develop and validate a radiomics-based machine learning (ML) model differentiate between renal medullary carcinoma (RMC) clear cell (ccRCC). Methods This retrospective Institutional Review Board -approved analyzed CT images clinical data from patients with RMC (n = 87) ccRCC 93). Patients without contrast-enhanced scans obtained before nephrectomy were excluded. A standard volumetric software package (MIM 7.1.4, MIM Software Inc.) used for contouring, after which 949 radiomics features extracted PyRadiomics 3.1.0.
