Oxidative stress plays a vital role in female fertility, yet the mechanisms regulating oxidative balance canine endometrium remain poorly understood. This study investigates dynamics of antioxidant enzyme system endometrium, focusing on superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), reductase (GSR), and glutathione-S-transferase (GST), along with thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) total cellular thiols. Enzyme activities were revealed five different phases oestrus cycle 25 dogs, using spectrophotometric method: anestrus, proestrus, estrus, early diestrus (n = 5 per group). Notably, distinctive pattern SOD CAT activity was observed, former being characterised by decrease from anestrus to later showed an opposite increase diestrus. In contrast, glutathione-dependent enzymes GPX, GSR, GST remained remarkably stable, although showing some fluctuations stages. TBARS analysis indicated evident stress-related lipid peroxidation only between proestrus. Objective: To assess the effect of hysteroscopic polypectomy on in vitro fertilization (IVF) results infertile women with at least one prior negative IVF outcome.
