ABSTRACT Proteomics is nowadays increasingly becoming part of the routine clinical practice diagnostic laboratories, especially due to advent advanced mass spectrometry techniques. This review focuses on application proteomic analysis in identification pathological conditions a hospital setting, with particular focus protein biomarkers.
