A sibling connection is a special and intricate link that develops between siblings in family. Sibling relationships can vary greatly kind quality, but they frequently have significant impact on how people develop emotionally, socially, as individuals. rivalry stem from variety of factors, including differences personalities, interests, or achievements. main factor could be perceived favoritism parents comparisons made by family members society. The practice discussing amicably resolving conflicts disagreements organizations known conflict resolution. aim the research was to determine influence development resolution styles young adults. Adult Relationship Thomas-Kilman Conflict Resolution scale containing 15 items used collect quantitative sample. sample consisted (N=80, Males=40 Females=40 ranging) 15-24 years with mean age 22 years. Results showed females prefer collaborative while males tend competed avoiding style. Accommodating moderately higher compromising significantly females. Female show levels warmth towards their compared males. Study also leads lower tendency style supports harmonious styles. Lower may precipitate form avoidant approach.
