Objectives The objective of this study was to identify typologies activity-related behaviours during adolescence and explore transitions between the identified typologies. Additionally, we aimed demographic indicators associated with typology membership. Design Prospective cohort study. Setting Czech Republic. Participants Individuals involved in part European Longitudinal Study Pregnancy Childhood study, aged 11 18 years. over 563 individuals, whom 380 provided complete data for analysis. Primary outcome measures Time spent outdoors, participation organised physical activity (PA) sport activities, time watching television using a personal computer, total sleep duration at ages 11, 15 Typologies were Latent Transition Analysis. Results Four labelled reflect their behavioural profiles: (1) Actives (high outdoor PA participation, low screen optimal duration); (2) Active screeners (median time, high (3) Poor sleepers (average not meeting guidelines) (4) Averages all duration).
