In this research, the high efficacy of Mentha spicata L. extract, commonly known as spearmint, a corrosion inhibitor with an rate 86.98% is highlighted. Analytical techniques, such scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to obtain detailed morphological view, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) identify functional groups flavonoids, and electrochemical impedance (EIS) Tafel plots for assessment, were employed. This study pioneers greener alternative traditional inhibition methods. The distinctive aspect research innovative spray coating application method used deliver spearmint extract onto structural steel. involves strategic use airbrush coating, ensuring uniform efficient deposition organic inhibitor, thus forming protective barrier against corrosion. technique emerging approach industrial natural inhibitors, demonstrating significant advances in resistance coated results not only corroborate but also highlight critical role that sophisticated techniques play improving their viability. methodological innovation presents pathway sustainable practices management, prioritizing environmental protection ecological footprint reduction quest mitigation.
