Introduction: Implant placement in the maxillary anterior area requires sufficient quantity and quality of both soft hard tissue. In cases where tissues are insufficient, additional regeneration using biomaterials is recommended. Treatment bovine-derived xenograft acellular dermal matrix (ADM) may increase bone volume tissue thickness. Case management: A 65-year-old woman sought help for discomfort aesthetic issues with her denture, reporting missing teeth (11, 12, 13, 14, 21) shrinkage due to disuse atrophy. Intraoral examination revealed 1 mm gingival CBCT showed labio-palatal thickness 6.0 mm, 5.8 4.7 21, 12 respectively. planning surgical guide fabrication were carried out before surgery. Surgery included implants 3.3 diameter length, use ADM. Three months post-op, improvements observed, a final prosthesis being long-span implant-supported bridge. Conclusions: Disuse alveolar atrophy causes deficiency. The ADM show favourable results even on geriatric patient.

Traumatic dental injuries can occur due to various reasons such as accidents, sports injuries, fights, falls, and others. These affect the teeth, gums, surrounding tissues, range from minor chips cracks severe fractures, dislocations, avulsions (when tooth is completely knocked out of socket). The most common way address this by replacing affected teeth with implants. purpose research evaluate use composite materials in implants compare them traditionally used using a patient specific cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) based finite element model (FEM). To conduct research, two different implant groups i.e., traditional were designed Titanium grade 4, zirconium oxide-reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS), Zirconia (ZrO

Background: This research was designed to carry out a meta-analysis in order evaluate the dissimilarities stability of alveolar bone round dental implants and implant failure between platform switching (PS) mating (PM). Methods: The investigation utilized comprehensive search strategy that incorporated controlled vocabulary (MeSH) free-text terms. performed by two reviewers identify published systematic reviews. Three major electronic databases, including Medline via PubMed, Cochrane database, Embase, were searched up November 2023. Results: Initially, 466 articles identified, but only twelve studies met criteria for inclusion meta-analysis. results showed pooled mean difference reducing marginal loss (MBL) −0.60 (95% confidence interval (CI), −0.91 −0.28; p < 0.01). A sensitivity analysis conducted excluding single study, which yielded result −0.46 CI, −0.66 −0.25; test overall effect significant (p 0.01), it revealed there differences subgroups. However, on did not show PS PM implants. Conclusions: In conclusion, study found are more effective MBL compared Nevertheless, no observed long-term effectiveness rate.

The implementation of three-dimensional printing technology has revolutionised dentistry over the past decade. desired object is scanned by a 3D scanner or built using computer-aided design (CAD)/computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. CAD designs dental implants can be analysed finite element method (FEM). Finite analysis (FEA) done discretising geometrically developed model into smaller and simpler elements analysing different boundary conditions on nodes. Depending materials choice, various methods are available, such as selective laser sintering (SLS), stereolithography, fused deposition modelling, laminated manufacturing. Dental designed with help biomaterials, polymers, metals, ceramics. Clinicians should know latest implant for successful therapy. This review article investigates implants, designs, simulations, limitations. last part discusses properties used in designs.
