This paper proposes DigitalUpSkilling, a novel IoT- and AI-based framework for improving personalising the training of workers who are involved in physical-labour-intensive jobs. DigitalUpSkilling uses wearable IoT sensors to observe how individuals perform work activities. Such sensor observations continuously processed synthesise an avatar-like kinematic model each worker is being trained, referred as worker's digital twins. The incorporates activity recognition using generative adversarial network (GAN) machine learning (ML) models recognising types sequences activities by analysing individual's model. Finally, development skill proficiency ML proposed evaluate trainee's overall task. To illustrate from IoT-sensor-driven GAN-ML assessment, presents comprehensive study on specific meat processing real-world environment can be recognised assessed. In the agricultural sector, where factors like type of agriculture, management techniques, and access to funding are critical, disadvantaged people face significant barriers employment. This study investigated effects these factors, especially with regard sustainability social farming, on employment persons in Czech Republic. We sent questionnaires 2036 businesses within Republic, data we received were sorted analyzed. There was a favorable relationship between farm size chances. Disadvantaged more likely be hired by large farms, those larger than 250 hectares. Furthermore, mixed-production farms capable employing persons, unlike conventional which reached their maximum levels at one, three, or six workers. Organic farming had even distribution, while biodynamic showed limited capacity employ persons. Farms involved fundraising fewer but employed (number employees peaked two, four, six), that did not engage individuals (peaked one three employees).
