Hyaluronic acid (HA) represents a pivotal component of the extracellular matrix, particularly within context skin. The absorption and metabolism orally ingested HA have been extensively investigated due to prevalence HA-based supplements. objective this study was evaluate impact combination non-animal Bifidobacterium longum novaBLG1 on dermal health following intestinal transit. bioavailability compound evaluated using model that reproduced human barrier in vitro, its biological effects were skin cells via gut–skin axis. results demonstrated probiotics augmented by approximately 30% comparison alone 82% sodium hyaluronate. Furthermore, notable enhancement cell proliferation, with increases 16%, 8%, 29.7% over 144 h hyaluronan, novaBLG1, hyaluronate, respectively. observed positively affect all markers well-being, achieving goals without any adverse gut. This approach offers novel method for enhancing health.

Objectives The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety three hair serums containing different active ingredients Capilia longa combinations, cytokines peptides, redensyl aminexil in managing Telogen effluvium (TE). Material Methods An open-label, triple-arm, single-center, comparative conducted over 90 days, enrolling 45 adult females with TE. Subjects were randomized into groups ( n = 15 each): Group 1 (plant stem cell-based serum), 2 (cytokine-based 3 (redensyl aminexil-based serum). Hair shedding assessed through a wash test, trichoscopy, clinical evaluations, monitored throughout. Results All demonstrated reduction, showing most significant decrease (54.6% reduction fall) compared (23.9%) (26.3%). Trichoscopy analysis revealed improvements count, density, anagen percentage across groups, highest increases (+6.16%) density (64.74%). No adverse events reported, indicating good tolerability. Conclusion serum formulations effective reducing promoting regrowth Among them, cytokine-based (Group 2) showed greatest followed by other formulations. can serve as valuable adjunctive treatment for
