Following the outbreak of COVID-19 at end 2019, universities around world adopted a closed management model and various restrictive measures intended to reduce human contact control spread disease. Such have had profound impact on university students, with marked increase in depression-related psychological disorders. However, little is known about specific status factors influencing pandemic student mental health. Addressing this gap, study examines body dissatisfaction, physical activity, sleep students during pandemic, uses their levels depression provide theoretical basis for development health interventions post-epidemic era. To achieve this, total 1,258 were randomly recruited cross-sectional study. Collected data included respondents’ anthropometric measurements, dissatisfaction levels, dietary habits, status, activity levels. The overall detection rate was 25.4%, higher among women. Multiple regression analysis showed that PSQI score (β = 1.768, P < 0.01) scores -0.048, significant predictors men, while 1.743, 0.917, Mental problems prevalent pandemic. Results indicate possibility alleviating by improving sleep. as limited Ganzhou City, it challenging extrapolate findings other populations. As study, causal relationship between lifestyle habits cannot be determined.
