Abstract This study investigates the thermal behavior and phase evolution of CaCu₃Ti₄O₁₂ (CCTO) ceramics synthesized via solid-state reactions from CaCO₃, CuO, TiO₂ precursors. Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) were used to analyze enthalpy changes decomposition across dynamic static heating profiles. The CCTO formation is 63.62 J/g was obtain in isothermal this study. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) confirmed successful crystallinity CCTO.The results contribute optimizing synthesis conditions for high-purity ceramics, crucial electronic applications. comprehensive structural analysis enables better control over material properties through precise control.

This study investigates the effect of calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) fillers varying particle sizes and hollow-glass microspheres (HGM) on process-property relationships in sheet molding compound (SMC) composites. A stepwise experimental approach assessed viscosity evolution, filler dispersion, curing enthalpy, mechanical performance. Thickening kinetics depended type: HGM slowed thickening, while fine CaCO accelerated build-up via polymer bridging. Two thickening regimes were identified: -rich systems formed denser polymer-filler networks, whereas HGM-CaCO blends produced sparser agglomerates. Curing enthalpy correlated with storage modulus, peaking systems. Finer influenced fiber bundle distribution tensile strength; flexural strength remained stable. enhanced impact through energy absorption from microsphere rupture, hardness increased dense packing.
