Practicing posture yoga is known to bring both physical and mental benefits. The impact of on the brain can be analyzed using Electroencephalography (EEG), which records activity helps distinguish between states during realtime practice resting states. This study presents a deep learning model for automatically discerning these results this discrimination could serve as biomarker identifying effect brain. EEG signals were recorded an Enobio-8 device raw filtered with 2-40Hz band pass filter remove artifacts, statistical features extracted from each band.
