The application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in medicine represents an area growing interest scientific research. This study presents a quantitative review the literature aiming at analyzing emerging trends use LLMs medical field. Advancements in ChatGPT are transforming medical education by providing new tools for assessment and learning, potentially enhancing evaluations doctors improving instructional effectiveness. This study evaluates the performance consistency of ChatGPT-3.5 Turbo ChatGPT-4o mini solving European Portuguese examination questions (2023 National Examination Access to Specialized Training; Prova Nacional de Acesso à Formação Especializada [PNA]) compares their human candidates. was tested on first part (74 questions) July 18, 2024, second 19, 2024. Each model generated an answer using its natural language processing capabilities. To test consistency, each asked, "Are you sure?" after answer. Differences between responses were analyzed McNemar with continuity correction. A single-parameter t compared models' Frequencies percentages used categorical variables, means CIs numerical variables. Statistical significance set at P<.05. achieved accuracy rate 65% (48/74) 2023 PNA examination, surpassing Turbo. outperformed candidates, while had a more moderate performance. highlights advancements potential models education, emphasizing need careful implementation teacher oversight further research.

This article delves into the role of ChatGPT within rapidly evolving field artificial intelligence, especially highlighting its significant potential in nursing education. Initially, paper presents notable advancements has achieved facilitating interactive learning and providing real-time feedback, along with academic community's growing interest this technology. Subsequently, summarizing research outcomes ChatGPT's applications education, including various clinical disciplines scenarios, showcases enormous for multidisciplinary education addressing issues. Comparing performance several Large Language Models (LLMs) on China's National Nursing Licensure Examination, we observed that demonstrated a higher accuracy rate than counterparts, solid theoretical foundation application Chinese settings. Educational institutions should establish targeted effective regulatory framework to leverage localized while assuming corresponding responsibilities. Through standardized training users adjustments existing educational assessment methods aimed at preventing misuse abuse, full as an innovative auxiliary tool system can be realized, aligning developmental needs modern teaching methodologies.

Purpose The intricate dynamics of ChatGPT adoption among Indian students are discussed while exploring the factors outlined by Unified Theory Acceptance and Use Technology 2 (UTAUT2). By assessing these factors, this study aims to unravel their impact on behavioral intention use ChatGPT. Design/methodology/approach While evaluating ChatGPT's dynamics, analyses UTAUT2 core perceived benefits. Real-time data from 638 business management in India were collected through purposive sampling a cross-sectional survey. An in-depth examination using IBM SPSS AMOS revealed patterns that regulate reception educational settings. Findings Habit emerges as powerful predictor, which aligns with Loop Theory's cues, routine rewards. Perceived benefits significantly influence adoption, traditional like performance expectancy social exert no influence. insignificance effort challenges conventional understanding, unveiling novel aspects student tech adoption. To explore the attitudes of healthcare professionals and public on applying ChatGPT in clinical practice. The successful application practice depends technical performance critically perceptions non-healthcare healthcare. This study has a qualitative design based artificial intelligence. was divided into five steps: data collection, cleaning, validation relevance, sentiment analysis, content analysis using K-means algorithm. comprised 3130 comments amounting to 1,593,650 words. dictionary method showed positive negative emotions such as anger, disgust, fear, sadness, surprise, good, happy emotions. La rápida evolución tecnológica y la adopción de metodologías innovadoras están transformando el panorama educativo, afectando tanto a estudiantes como docentes. Este artículo busca aportar al conocimiento existente sobre integración tecnologías en formación docente, centrándose diseño un modelo capacitación para educadores basado marco TPACK (Knowledge Technological Pedagogical Content). El propuesto tiene objetivo optimizar proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, mejorando preparación, ejecución evaluación educativa mediante uso recursos tecnológicos. investigación emplea enfoque cuantitativo tipo empírico-analítico, estructurado dos fases: primera, se realiza una revisión sistemática literatura identificar conceptos clave; segunda, evalúan los métodos encontrados, contextualizándolos dentro del delineando flujo modular formación. De 90 artículos analizados, seleccionaron 19 que abordan tecnología innovar enseñanza, lo permitió construir mapa conceptual con herramientas digitales apoyan labor docente diversas fases enseñanza. Los resultados indican 74 % docentes valora positivamente incorporación TPACK, refuerza su viabilidad práctica educativa.
