ABSTRACT Aims Endometriosis (EM) and metabolic disorders are frequent health problems among reproductive‐aged women worldwide. Cardio‐metabolic risk profile of with EM is not well understood. We aimed to investigate the cardio‐metabolic Iranian EM. Methods This study included 976 female participants aged 20–45 years Tehran Lipid Glucose Study. was diagnosed based on participants' self‐reported previous diagnosis EM, which confirmed by reviewing relevant medical documentation. Background The escalating global cancer burden, projected to reach 35 million new cases by 2050, underscores the urgent need for innovative biomarkers improve treatment efficacy and patient outcomes. TMED family, particularly TMED9, has garnered attention its involvement in progression; however, comprehensive role across various types remains poorly understood. Methods Utilizing multi-omics data, we analyzed expression pattern, prognostic significance, genomic alterations, immunological features of TMED9 types.
