Introduction: Eating disorders (EDs) represent a significant mental health challenge globally, particularly among young adults, including university students. This study investigates the prevalence of ED and associated factors Moroccan students to inform targeted interventions support mechanisms within environment. Methods: Using cross-sectional design, from eight institutions affiliated with Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tangier, Morocco, were randomly selected through stratified sampling. A questionnaire comprising sections on demographics, childhood history, Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) was employed. The MINI included subscales for anorexia nervosa, bulimia binge ED. Results: Study 1168 predominantly female (59.1%) mean age 20 years. estimated probable cases 2.1% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.3–3), showing highest at 1.9% CI: 1.2–2.8), followed by eating 0.3% each. Factors significantly medical treatment anxiety/depression/addiction, sleep medication use, judicial psychological violence, sexual negative events during childhood/adolescence. Background Sleep quality and physical activity are fundamental factors in the optimal functioning of human organism maintaining overall health. This study aimed to evaluate relationship between knowledge sleep hygiene relation among nursing medical students. Methods In a cross-sectional online study, suitable convenient sample 300 students from private university located Chiclayo, Peru, was collected. Data were collected using following instruments: questionnaire concerning knowledge, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI). The data collection period spanned January February 2024. Background: Smartphone addiction and poor sleep quality are prevalent health concerns that negatively impact students’ physical mental well-being, which could affect their academic performance. However, research on this subject in Morocco remains limited. Objective: This study aimed to examine the of smartphone identify risk factors moderate relationship among nursing students. Methods: cross-sectional was conducted from March July 2023, involving 451 students aged 17 23 at Higher Institute Nursing Professions Health Techniques Meknes, Morocco. Participants completed Mobile Phone-Related Sleep Risk Factors Questionnaire (MRSRF), Addiction Scale–Short Version (SAS-SV), Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI). Binary logistic regression (BLR), Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves, Area Under Curve (AUC) analyses were used assess moderating factors. Results: The found 81.23% experienced addiction, 86.47% reported quality. significantly correlated with (β = 0.174; p <0.001), use before bedtime 1.018; 0.030), duration after lights-off 0.768; 0.047). Sleep disturbances and their associated health issues are common among medical students. Despite this, the epidemiology of sleep students in Middle East North Africa (MENA) region remains inadequately understood. Our objective was to synthesise prevalence disturbances, including poor quality, insufficient duration, excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), variation relation academic performance stress levels. We performed a systematic review meta-analysis. Two independent reviewers searched PubMed, Web Science, Google Scholar, reference lists relevant studies reviews up May 2024. assessed quality included using risk bias tool. meta-analyses random-effects models used Cochran's Q between-subgroups statistic test for differences across subgroups. The university population is at a vital stage of human development for acquiring an active lifestyle. Following this lifestyle will bring benefits in adulthood. This study seeks to analyse the relationship between physical activity and bodily pain, mental hyperactivity, sleep quality as function intensity activity. A comparative, descriptive, exploratory presented sample 506 students. Sleep quality significantly impacts both mental and physical well-being. disorders are prevalent, especially among medical students, who often overlook the importance of good sleep. This study aimed to examine sleep quality, assess happiness levels, explore relationship between preclinical students. A cross-sectional was conducted with students (Year 1 Year 2 Bachelor Medicine Surgery) from Manipal University College Malaysia. An online questionnaire distributed, covering demographic data, (measured using Pittsburgh Quality Index), (assessed Oxford Happiness Questionnaire). Data were analyzed Microsoft Excel SPSS, multiple linear regression used evaluate happiness. sample 305 participants, comprising 66.6% females 33.4% males, participated in study. latency analysis revealed that 25.9% fell asleep within 30-45 minutes, while 6.2% took 5-6 hours. Most (55.4%) rated their as fairly good, 43.3% slept 6-7 hours per night. significant majority (81.3%) had high efficiency (&#62;85%). The found experienced minor disturbances. score 53% participants moderately happy, family playing a crucial role In analysis, p-value for subjective 0.005, daytime dysfunction, it less than 0.001.
