During
the
emergency
online
pivot,
two
faculties

Irish
university
aimed
to
document
insights
about
teaching
and
learning
in
context
COVID-19
pandemic.
An
anonymous
survey

staff

faculty
was
undertaken,
some
results
which
are
presented
here.
Key
findings

on

technology

education,
demonstrating
differential
impacts
different
disciplines

groups,
pointing
levels
educator
readiness
need
for
focused
professional
development
training
prepare
integrating
ensure
satisfactory
outcomes.

effectiveness

online
learning
at

class
level,
little
reliable
data

a

to

campus

undergraduates’
satisfaction,
engagement,

academic
achievement.

COVID-19
pandemic,
limited
adoption
widespread
selective
schools
challenges
selection
bias
hindered
assessment
such
in
institutions.
After
initial
period
“emergency
remote
learning”
2020,
many
institutions
continued
second
year
pandemic.
Treating
expanded
deployment
as
natural
experiment,
present
study
assesses
frequent
during
spring
semester
2021
representative
samples
undergraduate
students
three
selective,
four-year
universities.
The

that

met

once
week
had
higher
evaluations
faculty
engagement
overall
levels
compared
those
never
rarely
an
in-person
class.

relationship
appears
less
pronounced
for
Black
Asian
than
White
but
does
not
vary
significantly
by
gender.

COVID-19
pandemic
has
had
a
profound
effect
on
campuses,
compelling
learning
systems
to
shift
away
from
face-to-face
engagement
and
toward
online
instruction.
The
purpose
of
this
research
is
investigate
the
effectiveness

Introduction/Aim
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
investigate
the
key
predictors
online
learning
system
continuance
intention
using
expectation-confirmation
theory
and
information
success
model
as
theoretical
framework.
Methods
A
total
537
respondents
participated
in
questionnaire
measure
their
self-reported
responses
eight
constructs
(perceived
usefulness,
interaction,
confirmation,
satisfaction,
intention,
quality,
service
quality).
Convenience
sampling
was
used
obtain
participants
study.
Partial
least
square
structural
equation
for
data
analysis.
Results
results
showed
that
all
hypotheses
were
validated
except
there
no
significant
positive
relationship
between
interaction
student
satisfaction.
Meanwhile,
variance
reached
74.0%,
falling
within
moderate
substantial.
In
addition,
multi-group
analysis
perceived
satisfaction
gender
difference
above
two
relationships.
Discussion
Finally,
also
puts
forward
practical
implications

students’
