Challenges and Sustainability of E-Learning Adoption Among EFL Teachers in the Post-COVID-19 Era

This
study
actively
examines
the
resilience
of
online
learning
in
EFL
(English
as
a
foreign
language)
instruction
during
COVID-19
pandemic,
focusing
on
adaptive
strategies
and
resources
Saudi
Universities.
It
shows
significant
research
gap
how
these
digital
have
adapted
post-pandemic
to
be
sustainable.
However,

qualitative
quantitative
analysis

84
teachers
(81%
male,

female)

data
experiences

Findings
reveal

teachers'

As
European
higher
education
institutions
(HEIs)
increasingly
grapple
with
new
challenges,
the
importance
and
difficulty
of
massification,
democratization,
inclusion
have
been
reinforced
by
recent
pandemic
crisis
simultaneous
need
for
pedagogical
continuity.
Meeting
these
challenges
not
only
implies
a
profound
change
in
organization
teaching
practices,
which
to
focus
on
user-centered
quality
learning,
but
also
raises
questions
about
financing,
management,
governance.
Using
results
from
two
participative
experiments
conducted
French
University
Paris
1
Panthéon-Sorbonne
framework
OpenU
(Online
Pedagogical
Resources
Universities)
project,
authors
present
ethical
practical
issues
that
currently
face
inclusive
user-oriented
policies
area.
Through
this
paper,
we
argue

an
