The covid-19 pandemic was reported with significant negative impact on global education shocks that disrupted the learning processes via closure of traditional classrooms/schools from 2020 to March 2022. These effects have continued ripple across even advances in media literacy. Nigerian frontier has also witnessed a paradigm shift adoption/integration information and communication tech as tools for both digital revolution advancement alternative delivery. Today’s which aspires growth progressive development is assured positive changes if priority educational values ICT harnessed. Past theories seem not cope ever-changing, society. Previous studies have not adequately explored the complex relationship between learning satisfaction and perceived achievement in adult online education. This study explores chain mediating effect of instructional service quality engagement on perception among learners Data from 8,119 questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results indicate positive correlations satisfaction, quality, learning. Both mediate achievement. Enhancing improves both for learners. Increased corresponds to higher achievements. These findings provide theoretical insights engagement, education, offering strong support development opportunities education practices.
