Modern researchers view online learning as a crucial instrument for education due to its capacity enhance the quality of with fewer resources and infrastructures. While the impact of COVID-19 pandemic has affected both developing and developed countries, students from disadvantaged groups have suffered significantly. Introduction Resilience in the face of educational barriers refers to faculty members’ ability effectively navigate, overcome, and adapt challenges encountered environment. Clinical education is one of the key components medical and directly affects efficiency, professional skills, quality future services graduates provide. Additionally, resilience plays an essential role in facing crises forming students' identity. Strengthening can accelerate this process. Therefore, study was conducted to comprehensively understand dimensions factors affecting clinical general medicine, based on experiences stakeholders, including professors students present environments. This qualitative purposive sampling among ten faculty members six students. The data collection process from September 2023 April 2024 through semi-structured interviews. Interviews were transcribed, analysis accomplished according steps proposed by Graneheim Lundman (2004). Data revealed three themes that reflected influencing education: Facilitators resilient education, Barriers Prerequisite education. According results, order create a system, it necessary pay attention such as use residents teaching, cooperative learning, effective interaction, strong knowledge base, infrastructure development, spreading culture learning experiences. In meantime, obstacles loss trust between community doctors, heavy workload, non-scientific management treatment-oriented training centers prevent realization goal. Holistic mentoring ecosystems are a comprehensive approach to addressing the diverse needs of students through interconnected support networks.
