While
the
impact
of
COVID-19
pandemic
has
affected
both
developing
and
developed
countries,
students
from
disadvantaged
groups
have
suffered
significantly.
During
pandemic,
these
not
only
struggled
to
access
online
education
but
also
faced
various
forms
exclusion.
In
post-COVID-19
era,
this
systematic
literature
review
employs
concept
social
justice
framework
investigate
implications
on
higher
worldwide,
focusing
opportunities
challenges
digital
transformation
in
ensuring
inclusive
equitable
quality
education.
The
findings
suggest
that
while
provided
substantive
benefits,
its
adoption
ushered
for
learning.

institutions

alongside
their
governments,

responsibility

inherent

thereby
advocating
implementation

Clinical
education
is
one
of
the
key
components

quality
future

graduates
provide.

resilience

facing
crises
forming
students'
identity.
Strengthening

accelerate
this
process.
Therefore,
study
was
conducted
to
comprehensively
understand
dimensions
factors
affecting
clinical
general
medicine,
based
on
experiences
stakeholders,
including
professors
students
present
environments.

qualitative
purposive
sampling
among
ten
faculty
members
six
students.
The
data
collection
process
from
September
2023
April
2024
through
semi-structured
interviews.
Interviews
were
transcribed,
analysis
accomplished
according
steps
proposed
by
Graneheim
Lundman
(2004).
Data
revealed
three
themes
that
reflected
influencing
education:
Facilitators
resilient
education,
Barriers
Prerequisite
education.
According
results,

learning,

interaction,

knowledge
base,
infrastructure
