This study aimed to assess the contribution of leadership Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation in secondary education and determine extent TQM practices, as perceived by teachers, within Ioannina region, NW Greece. The also explored how these perceptions relate various variables. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 128 teachers from schools findings illuminate profound influence on successful implementation. Effective leaders foster a climate collaboration, provide resources, encourage teamwork, ultimately contributing enhancement teaching learning quality. Moreover, this research underscores compatibility EFQM principles promoting quality educational settings. Leadership score calculated averaging ratings behaviors like communication, decision making. results reveal strong commitment principles, with overall scores 3.58 (±0.11) 3.46 (±0.30), respectively. dimensions demonstrated significant alignment, particularly areas such teacher participation communication standards. Prior research has emphasized a need for scholarly works investigating millennial instructors' knowledge management (PKM) practices at the individual level within an institution. In addition, there needs to be more examining role of organizational learning as mediator between transformational leadership and personal among instructors. This study examines how leadership, ICT literacy, affect Indonesian school instructors in their 20s 30s. Another goal is investigate function mediating factor.
