This
analysis

leadership
in
organizations.
After
reviewing
64
articles
through
systematic
literature
review,
study
finds
that
leadership,
marked
by
minimal
decision-making
involvement,
is
generally
associated
with
negative
outcomes
like
reduced
employee
satisfaction
and
productivity.
However,
its
impact
can
vary
based
context,
potentially
fostering
creativity
highly
skilled
motivated
teams.
The
emphasizes
need
for
judicious
application
of
this
style
suggests
school
managers
should
discern
when
to
use
it,
considering
suitability
different
types
educators.
Overall,
research
contributes
valuable
insights
leaders
aiming
optimize
strategies
diverse
contexts.

Background:
Over
time,
the
public
sector
has
widely
recognised
role
of
leadership
as
a
crucial
element
successful
management.The
sector,

educational
institutions,
encounters
difficulties
in
enhancing
employee
motivation
and
satisfaction
due
to
absence
an
established
efficient
style.Studies
indicate
that
style
demonstrated
by
manager
positively
impacting
employees.Purpose/Aim:
The
study
investigated
impact
transformational
on
staff
job
at
University
Ibadan.Method:
A
cross-sectional
survey
research
design
was
adopted,
data
gathered
from
231
non-academic
administrative
Ibadan.Standardised
scales
measurements
leadership,
motivation,
were
adapted
study.More
than
43.3%
respondents
between
31
40
years
old.Results:
Findings
revealed
there
exists
significant
relationship

Prior
research
has
emphasized
a
need
for
scholarly
works
investigating
millennial
instructors'
knowledge
management
(PKM)
practices
at
the
individual
level
within
an
institution.
In
addition,
there
needs
to
be
more
examining
role
of
organizational
learning
as
mediator
between
transformational
leadership
and
personal
among
instructors.
This
study
examines
how
leadership,
ICT
literacy,
affect
Indonesian
school
instructors
in
their
20s
30s.
Another
goal
is
investigate
function
mediating
factor.
We
administered
questionnaires
100
teachers
some
private
Islamic
schools
Bengkulu,
Indonesia,
evaluated
them
subsequently
using
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling.

results
suggest
that
