Background : The Italian university system is actively revising the Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) curriculum to reflect post-COVID healthcare needs and a greater clinical focus. Understanding challenges opportunities faced by pharmacists that relocated Great Britain (GB) might provide valuable insights regarding transferability knowledge skills obtained in pharmacy degree. Aim study aimed capture perceptions practising GB degree programme explore they face their new professional environment, ultimately inform government related stakeholders (Ministry University Research, MUR) about need update MPharm make it more clinically relevant aligned with international standards. Materials methods authors developed 50-item survey, pilot tested reviewed for content validity an expert panel. This study explores the relationship between challenges faced during practicum and stress levels among Kenyan University students. Utilizing a correlational research design, involved 30 fourth-year students pursuing Bachelor of Education with Guidance Counselling (B. Ed - G&C), selected from target population 300 through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaire comprising two scales: one measuring experienced (18 items) another assessing perceived (12 items).
