This
study
utilized
descriptive
survey
design
to
explore
several
factors
influencing
teachers'
decisions
pursue
graduate
studies
that
includes
professional
development,
personal
fulfillment,
career
advancement,
family
and
peer
influence,
educational
attainment.
All
gathered
data
were
analyzed
using
ANOVA
as
the
researcher’s
statistical
tool.
One
hundred
secondary
school
teachers
from
Apyao
National
High
School
Kiburiao
in
Quezon,
Bukidnon
surveyed.
The
research
aims
pinpoint
if
there
are
significant
differences
on
their
motivation
based
demographic
variables
of
such
age,
civil
status,
gender,
last
attended,
years
service
a
teacher,
current
position,
monthly
income.
Findings
revealed
highly
motivated
continue
postgraduate
studies,
but
status
affected
decision.
Singles
finish
prioritize
stability
over
heavy
responsibility
having
compared
married
who
family.

Motivation for and Challenges in Teacher Research in Underdeveloped Areas of Northwest China: An Exploratory Study

This
study
explored
the
motivations
and
challenges
vocational
teachers
(VTs)
face
in
conducting
research
underdeveloped
regions
of
Northwest
China.
We
invited
49
from
Qinghai
province
to
participate
questionnaire
survey,
with
their
motivation
measured
using
scale
items
open-ended
questions.
After
data
collection,
latent
profile
analysis
(LPA)
was
used
explore
participants'
motivational
profiles,
three
types
were
identified,
i.e.,
high
autonomous
controlled
motivation,
low
motivation.
In
addition,
we
conducted
a
qualitative
teacher
research.
As
result,
five
categories
that
might
hinder
Chinese
observed
(i.e.,
researcher
identity,
knowledge
skills,
climate
schools,
workload
family
care,
resources
financial
support).
Teachers
highly
more
likely
related
lack
support
climate.
Workload
care
appeared
be
significant
for
but
less
contrast,
skills
common
perceived
challenge
across
all
profiles.
These
results
suggest
although
express
relatively
research,
significance
institutional
development
programmes
external
activities
remains
crucial.

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
examine
the
factors
influencing
early
education
teachers’
motivation,
attitudes
and
beliefs
toward
science
continuing
education.

perceptions
of
parental
involvement
cooperation
among
public
private
institutions
in
Kosovo.
