The Leadership for Learning (LfL) framework is often used to investigate the effect of leadership on student achievement (SA). This encompasses instructional (IL), transformational (TL), and distributed (DL) qualities that are likely influence teaching–learning processes at school. existing literature indicates LfL can both teacher performance practices students’ significantly. current study aims mediating role in relationship between using meta-analytical structural equation modeling (MASEM). Correlation values obtained from 60 studies (a total 36,331 participants) investigating these variables were meta-analysis. findings showed all three types affected directly, had a direct achievement. While IL SA was mostly indirect, TL DL found affect directly indirectly through performance. Our suggest significant implications not only researchers but also policy-makers practitioners improve school
