Meaningful work allows individuals to align their jobs with personal values and passions, resulting in greater fulfillment commitment. When is meaningful, employees develop resiliency during challenging times, viewing challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles. The purpose this paper introduce validate Multidimensional Scale for Work. Following a structured scientific search on acknowledged components work, three studies were conducted Content Validity, Response Process Internal Structure Validity. Utilizing mixed-methods approach, qualitative quantitative data aided development validation scale. combined results showcase assessing five Work: Job Design/Environment, Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Work Life Balance, Social Impact.
