Introduction: The widespread use of the internet has brought numerous benefits, but it also raised concerns about its potential negative impact on mental health, particularly among university students. This study aims to investigate relationship between addiction (IA) and health (MH) in students, as well explore mediating effects positive psychological capital (PsyCap) this relationship. Objective: main goal was examine psychometric properties measures determine whether could negatively predict students’ mediated through PsyCap. Method: A cross-sectional design with an inferential approach employed address objective. data were collected using Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24), Internet Addiction Scale (IAS), Keyes’ Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF). total sample comprised 850 students from two large public higher education institutions Ethiopia, whom 334 (39.3%) female 516 (60.7%) male, a mean age 22.32 (SD = 4.04). Several analyses performed achieve stated objectives, such Cronbach’s alpha composite reliabilities, bivariate correlation, discriminant validity, common method biases, structural equation modeling (confirmatory factor analysis, path mediation analysis). This research aimed to contribute the literature on internet addiction (IA) and moral development among university students. Moral potency (MP) encompasses interconnected dimensions of courage, ownership, efficacy. Studies relationships between students’ problematic behaviors (e.g., IA) cognitive processes like MP, mindfulness (MI), psychological capital (PsyCap) are scarce in educational research. Therefore, this study investigated IA, MI, PsyCap included 868 undergraduate students from a state Ethiopia, with 526 male (60.6%) 342 female (39.4%). Participants’ ages ranged 21 29 years, mean age 22.31 standard deviation 4.03. The findings indicated that IA was negatively correlated PsyCap, MP. Magyarországon a mentortanárok szerepe jelentősen felértékelődött az utóbbi másfél évtizedben. A mentortanári tevékenységet gyakran fizikai és mentális túlterhelést vállalva látják el kollégák. diák- tanári szerep között egyensúlyozó tanárjelöltekkel foglalkozva speciális problémákkal szembesülnek mentortanárok, viszont kifejezetten számukra szervezett továbbképzések, támogatások elvétve fordulnak elő. Ezt hiányt felismerve valósítottuk meg „Megoldásfókuszú mentorálás” továbbképzési pilot programot, amelynek célja volt, hogy (1) lehetőséget biztosítson mentorálás során megélt sajátos helyzetek, problémák megosztására, feldolgozására, (2) azonnal gyakorlatba ültethető, megoldásfókuszú szemléleti módszertani elemek elsajátítását tegye lehetővé. Tanulmányunk bemutatja program kialakítását, megvalósítását annak hatásait résztvevők nézőpontjából. Munkánkkal ösztönözni szeretnénk hasonló programok megvalósítását.

Once the major threat of COVID-19 pandemic diminished, schools reopened, and teachers once again had to cope with unprecedented challenges. The impact these challenges on emotional well-being Arab teachers, who have a unique set within Israeli school educational system, has received little attention in recent literature. This study examined the mediating role of work task motivation (WTM) in relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and teacher well-being (TWB) higher educational context Ethiopia. The Psychological Capital Questionnaire-12 (PCQ-12), Work Task Motivation Scale for Teachers (WTMST), Teacher Well-Being (TWBS) were used to collect analyzed data from a sample 596 university teachers employed at Ethiopia?s Amhara Regional State Universities. results indicated that PsyCap had direct positive effect on WTM (? = 0.374, CI 95% [0.271, 474], p < .001) TWB 0.298, [0.150, 0.430], .001). also has impact 0.472 [.003, .481], .05). Besides, fully mediated 0.110, [0.006, 0.206], 0.05). We found intrinsic identified regulation directly positively, whereas external, introjected regulation, amotivation negatively predicted TWB. The COVID-19 outbreak led to widespread school closures and the shift remote teaching, potentially resulting in lasting negative impacts on teachers' psychological well-being due increased workloads a perceived lack of administrative support. Despite significance these challenges, few studies have delved into long-term effects instructional leadership health. To bridge this research gap, we utilized longitudinal data from 927 primary secondary teachers surveyed two phases: Time 1 mid-November 2021 2 early January 2022. Using hierarchical linear modeling (HLM), our findings revealed that perceptions leadership, especially "perceived neglect teaching autonomy" at were positively correlated with burnout levels 2.
