Burnout, recognized as a psychological syndrome, stems from enduring reactions to emotional and interpersonal obstacles at work. It highlights the tension experienced by individuals within broader framework of their interactions with jobs. This phenomenon has attracted considerable attention across diverse professional sectors. With Middle East’s rapid expansion tertiary education reliance on both local expatriate educators, thorough understanding burnout becomes essential. study aims investigate levels university instructors in Oman explore relationship between profiles three components: Emotional Exhaustion (EE), Depersonalization (DP), Personal Achievement (PA). Using adapted Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire consisting 22 items, survey was conducted sample 149 individual characteristics public universities Oman. Regarding burnout, results showed moderate level DP (6.7) PA (34.8), low EE (21.5) based overall scores. Through bootstrap multiple regression analysis, that who have lower educational qualifications, lack training support, or are native region typically experience higher than counterparts. Mental health among university students is a public problem in Chile, understanding that this population susceptible to mental disorders.The present study aimed determine the prevalence and variables influencing depression, anxiety, stress Chilean students.A representative sample (n = 1,062) of cross-sectional design were used. Bivariate analysis multiple logistic regression performed identify risk factors associated with symptomatology. They analyzed using descriptive statistics. A questionnaire sociodemographic was applied November 2022, addition depression anxiety scale (DASS-21), instruments excellent reliability (α 0.955; ω 0.956). On other hand, Questionnaire Problematic Alcohol Drug Consumption (DEP-ADO) applied. performed, followed by bivariate SPSS version 25. The mental health of children and adolescents in the Chilean Educational System (ChES) has become a severe post-pandemic public problem. This cross-sectional study, which included 1,174 from five regions, used DASS-21 scale, focusing on determining prevalence depression, anxiety, stress, as well identifying associated risk factors. results exposed high stress (60.2%, 63.6%, 50.2%, respectively). Risk factors for depression involve being female, having separated parents, school, cell phone, difficulty sleeping, ruminative thoughts, low self-esteem. Educational innovation is a defining feature within educational institutions, necessitating heightened emphasis on its promotion. However, exposure to these processes and participation tend be highly demanding exhausting for the teachers. This study proposes rigorously validated reliable model measuring factors with emotional exhaustion among teachers innovative environments.
