Abstract In the simulation analysis of large-scale industrial instruments such as machine tools, in order to ensure accuracy, model parameter correction is necessary. This research presents a tool method assisted by dynamic evolution sequence (DES). The first introduces generate uniformly distributed sequence, replacing traditional used Kriging surrogate models, and constructing more accurate for tools. Additionally, incorporating instead random improves search space coverage Heterogeneous Comprehensive Learning Particle Swarm Optimization (HCLPSO) algorithm. results numerical examples demonstrate that finite element model, corrected using proposed method, accurately predicts true displacement responses tool. offers new solution addressing static problems.

Abstract With the increasing integration of renewable energy sources into distribution and transmission networks, efficiency cascade H-bridge multilevel inverters (MLIs) in power control applications has become increasingly significant for sustainable electricity generation. Traditionally, obtaining optimal switching angles MLIs to minimize total harmonic distortion (THD) requires solving selective elimination equations. To this end, research aims use two recently developed intelligent optimization algorithms, dandelion optimizer gold rush optimizer, solve problem. evaluate effectiveness proposed an eleven-level cascaded MLI (CHB-MLI) was considered study. Abstract This article presents an innovative asymmetric multilevel inverter (MLI) topology that outperforms conventional counterparts. The introduced a breakthrough in implementing power electronics control by maximizing specific levels while minimizing switching components. A cutting-edge scheme for optimal operation of the cascaded half-bridge MLI is presented. ant lion optimization (ALO) algorithm was implemented to optimize reduce total harmonic distortion (THD) and improve quality. For verification, performance effectiveness ALO technique are assessed comparing its results those obtained using simplified sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SSPWM) technique, genetic (GA), particle swarm (PSO) existing literature. Simulation verified efficacy finding parameters. suggested method showcases remarkable reduction THD compared SSPWM. quality resulting waveform enhanced, both filter size cost were significantly reduced. A reduced-switch (MLIs) with quadruple boosting capability been investigated this study by implementing an optimized harmonic pulse width modulation (OPWM) technique. Abstract In this paper, a selective harmonic elimination (SHE) method for an asymmetric cascade H-bridge multi-level inverter (ACHB-MLI) has been performed by using hybrid search space reduction and Newton–Raphson (SSR-NR) algorithm. Three H-bridges are cascaded in single phase configuration, while each of the bridge is fed with V dc , 3 6 respectively. This particular combination sources will produce 10 possible switching combinations 21-levels output voltage ranging from −10 to +10 . Hence, there be SHE equations corresponding fundamental harmonics, solution angles which satisfy those equations. While traditional gradient-based techniques like can yield global optimal equations, they necessitate initial guess. Conversely, meta-heuristic methods often face challenges related sub-optimal convergence. To address these issues, novel SSR-NR algorithm introduced paper. combines stochastic deterministic elements, offering promising solving first step, evolutionary SSR used given NR as guess converge final solution, way proposed able drawbacks both algorithms such requirement convergence characteristics algorithms. This paper presents the minimization of total harmonic distortion in a seven-level cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter with resistive load using teaching–learning-based optimization algorithm. The Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)is challenging problem due to fact that nonlinear equations are involved. Recently, bio-inspired algorithms have become very popular approaches solving various problems different areas engineering. For this reason, results obtained Teaching–Learning-Based Optimization (TLBO)algorithm were compared three other algorithms, genetic algorithm, differential evolution, and particle swarm optimization. comparative analysis, conducted by sweeping modulation index, made it possible obtain graphs data on behavior four analyzed algorithms. Finally, was concluded TLBO algorithm is effective able solve THD-minimization problem. Its main advantage over does not require control parameters for its correct operation solution
