In
the
domain
of
cognitive
radio
(CR),
unlicensed
users
have
opportunity
to
efficiently
use
available
spectrum
bands
without
interfering
with
licensed
primary
(PUs).
Our
study
addresses
challenge
secondary
user
(SU)
shortage
due

arrival
rates

models

at
improving

waiting
time

SUs
in
