Agriculture firms face an array of struggles, most which are financial; thus, the role decision making is discerned as highly important. The agroeconomic indexes (AEIs) Employment Rate (AER), Chemical Product Price Index (CPPI), Farm (FPPI), and Machinery Equipment (MEPI) were selected basis this study. This research aims to examine connection between digital marketing analytics while providing valuable insights into their decision-making process, with utilization AI (artificial intelligence) models. Thus, a dataset website was collected from five well-established agriculture firms, apart values referred indexes. By performing regression correlation analyses, index relationships firms’ extracted used for deployment fuzzy cognitive mapping (FCM) hybrid modeling (HM) processes, assisted by using artificial neural network (ANN) Through above there strong AER, CPPI, FPPR, MEPI metrics branded traffic, social search traffic sources, paid organic costs firms. Over the past two decades, environmental sustainability has become a key corporate and organisational issue. Today, firms are increasingly turning to existing emerging digital technologies help ensure that they meet medium long-term needs expectations of customers other stakeholders with respect performance. Abstract Firms are increasingly shifting towards digital channels, yet the implications of this shift remain underexplored. Using a unique database customer behaviors extracted from top 2000 mobile apps developed by companies in China, study investigates impact on inefficient corporate investments. The results indicate that metrics such as active user count, usage duration, and app launch frequency can mitigate investments, notably curtailing overinvestment. These findings survive series robustness checks altering measures investment, extending analysis to include five apps, incorporating H-share listed firms, employing instrumental variables regression. Moreover, mechanism indicates help reduce investments lowering agency costs relaxing financial constraints. In today’s competitive digital landscape, banking firms must leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to enhance their website interfaces, ensuring they meet user needs expectations. Throughout crises and financial prosperity, the role influence of small medium supply chain enterprises (SMEs) have been solid key factors for economic growth global markets.
