The mathematical framework presented in this article focuses on the controlled-transmission protocol’s asynchronous process of bandwidth allocation for target virtual connection implemented under competition communication resources. studied is formalized as a two-dimensional discrete Markovian chain, taking into account distributions queue lengths TCP data fragments from competing client nodes. Such chain describes dynamics filling stack transmitted but unacknowledged investigated end device. Distributions states were found various ratios virtual-connection bandwidth, transmission-protocol parameters, and communication-channel characteristics. Analytical dependencies computing performance different operating modes obtained. results experiments conducted based obtained analytical constructions showed that with selective repeat mode mainly determined by data-loss intensity, size distribution transit nodes, ratio between protocol window route length.

Rerouting of direct information traffic under the WiMax-1/2 technology control in case licensed frequency spectrum overload ensures communication continuity smart city's critical infrastructure. The support such a process cluster has its specificity, worthy analytical formalization. article presents mathematical apparatus that allows average service duration an message during transfer from terminal to base station be estimated. Unlike analogues, presented concept adequately describes investigated for any number terminals, taking into account both queuing effect on their side and functioning cumulative query transmission mechanism inherent technology. Therefore, proposed apparatus, describing servicing message, takes accompanied by potential collisions sending request allocation resources station, message's stay queue. Experimental studies demonstrated adequacy process. experimental section also formulates optimization problem resulting management competitive access parameters.
