This paper presents an overview of the status and prospects fuel cell electric vehicles (FC-EVs) for grid integration. In recent years, renewable energy has been explored on every front to extend use fossil fuels. Advanced technologies involving wind solar energy, vehicles, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) are becoming more popular support. With developments in solid oxide (SOFC-EVs), a flexible option than traditional proton-exchange membrane (PEMFC-EVs), potential vehicle-to-grid (V2G)’s implementation is promising. Specifically, SOFC-EVs can utilize biofuels or natural gas and, thus, they not limited pure hydrogen only. opens opportunity V2G’s by using readily piped at home charging stations. review will discuss current V2G importantly, compare battery (BEVs) their impacts.
