As
the
adoption
of
Electric
Vehicles
(EVs)
accelerates,
driven
by
increasing
urbanization
and
push
for
sustainable
infrastructure,
need
innovative
solutions
to
support
this
growth

Vehicle-to-Grid
(V2G)
technology
presents
a
promising
solution
enabling
EVs
engage
in
bidirectional
interactions
with
electrical
grid.
Through
V2G,
can
supply
energy
back
grid
during
peak
demand
periods
draw
power
off-peak
times,
offering
valuable
tool
enhancing
stability,
improving
management,
supporting
environmental
sustainability.
Despite
its
potential,
large-scale
implementation
V2G
faces
significant
challenges,
particularly
from
technological
regulatory
standpoint.
The
success
requires
coordinated
efforts
among
various
stakeholders,
including
vehicle
manufacturers,
infrastructure

operators,
policymakers.
In

degradation
due

charging

the

emphasizing
their

In
the
present
article,
impacts
that
arise
in
electrical
grids
due
to
integration
of
distributed
energy
resources
(DER)
are
identified
and
analyzed,
aiming
provide
a
basis
from
which
effects
these
new
technologies
can
be
considered.
To
conduct
this
research,

was
collected
classified
according
each
evidenced
literature,
such
as
technical,
economic,
social,
environmental,
sectoral,
political.
Considering

alleviate

EVs

be
encouraged.

this
paper,
we
propose
a
blockchain
public
key
infrastructure
(PKI)-based
secure
vehicle-to-vehicle
(V2V)
energy-trading
protocol.
A
permissioned
utilizing
proof
of
authority
(PoA)
consensus
smart
contracts
used
to
securely
store
data.
Encrypted
communication
ensured
through
transport
layer
security
(TLS),
with
PKI
managing
necessary
digital
certificates
keys.
multi-leader,
multi-follower
Stackelberg
game-based
trade
algorithm
formulated
determine
optimal
demands,
supplies,
prices.
Finally,
detailed
protocol
that
ties
all

enabling
smooth
interaction
