University Students’ Insights of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Writing Tools

The
current
study
examined
university
students’
insights
into
generative
AI
writing
tools
regarding
their
familiarity
with,
perceived
concerns
about,
and
benefits
of
these
in
academic
work.
used
a
cross-sectional
descriptive
research
design,
data
were
collected
using
questionnaire
instrument.

that

Chatbots
have
emerged
as
an
important
development
in
the
field
of
human-computer
interaction
recent
years.
Designed
using
natural
language
processing
and
machine
learning
technologies,
these
artificial
intelligence-based
programs
can
understand
users'
questions
requests
respond
instantly.
Chatbots,
which
are
used
various
fields
ranging
from
education
to
customer
service
healthcare
sales
marketing,
offer
opportunities
such
management,
personalized
learning,
support.
However,
there
a
number
limitations
use
this
technology.
For
example,
inability
interact
real
people
would,
risk
providing
false
information,
ethical
issues,
provide
experience.
Therefore,
more
research
studies
needed
for
effective
chatbots
education.

pre-service
teachers'
views
on
