Tremendous effects on the global economy in terms of economic, social and environmental costs remind us catastrophic consequences climate change warming caused by CO2 emissions. Therefore, accelerating decarbonization energy system should be put place to curb large amount emission from hydrocarbon sources which current value chain production heavily relies.This study focuses analyzing renewable transition, digital economy, synergy between them green economic growth 18 Latin American countries. To capture multidimensionality these transitions, Renewable Energy Transition Index (RETI) Digital Economy (DEI) are developed using Principal Component Factor (PCF) technique. The Fixed Effect Panel Threshold Regression (FEPTR) substantiates that transition has a significant threshold effect sustainability depending level income carbon On other hand, Method Moments Quantile (MMQR) shows both have positive impact all quantile groups. Organic-rich substrates from organic waste effluents are ideal sources for hydrogen production based on the circular economy concept. In this study, a data-driven approach was employed in modeling palm oil mill and activated sludge waste. Seven models built support vector machine (SVM) Gaussian process regression (GPR) were of sources. The SVM incorporated with linear kernel function (LSVM), quadratic (QSVM), cubic (CSVM), fine (GFSVM). While GPR rotational (RQGPR), squared exponential (SEGPR), (EGPR). model performance revealed that SVM-based did not show impressive effluent, as indicated by R2 −0.01, 0.150, 0.143 LSVM, QSVM, CSVM, respectively. Similarly, perform well sludge, evidenced values 0.040, 0.190, 0.340 On contrary, SEGPR, RQGPR, EGPR displayed outstanding prediction both effluent over 90% datasets explaining variation output. Implementing the low-carbon transformation strategy has become an inevitable choice for manufacturing enterprises. However, suppliers often overlook impact of consumers’ preferences products (LCPs) on their own strategies. Based this idea, study uses game theory models to analyze how consumer affect suppliers’ decision-making and coordination strategies in supply chains (LCSCs). Results show that (1) manufacturers retailers are more likely produce promote LCPs as consumers sensitive carbon emission reduction (CER); (2) less but them promotional rates; (3) retail prices.
