Heat pumps are a critical technology for reducing emissions associated with domestic heating. In Europe their adoption increased rapidly following Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine. The same accelerated deployment did not occur in the UK. this paper we examine what is required to accelerate heat UK given recent disruptive events. We employ decision theatres - novel methodology designed foster deliberation multiple stakeholders on complex societal issues – illicit changes. Three were held, each mix participants from across policy, practice, and academia. Our results show substantial agreement five areas change. These were: (1) fostering clear narrative, (2) developing implementing coherent, long-term policy framework decarbonisation, (3) increasing affordability, (4) building installer base, (5) improving customer journeys. Each area was prioritised within at least two discussed all. This study addresses the critical challenge of accurately forecasting electricity consumption by utilizing Exponential Smoothing and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) models. The research aims to enhance precision in dynamic energy landscape reveals promising outcomes employing a robust methodology involving model application large amount data. demonstrates accurate predictions, as evidenced low Sum Squared Errors (SSE) 0.469. During the last 50 years, vast majority of European countries have relied on coal and imported carbon-containing fuels to meet their growing electricity demand. Coal is only fossil fuel in significant reserves across Europe. However, pressing threat radical climate change looming depletion necessitate a structural transformation from conventional centralized fuel-based generation system an innovative decentralized based zero carbon (green) energy resources. In this context, one important issue for communities operating coal-based Thermal Power Stations (TPS) nearing retirement whether Union (EU) policy can ensure socially just development mining areas during phase-out. The objective avoid decline living standards mass immigration. response EU’s decarbonization policy, Greek state has recently decided retire lignite-based West Macedonia TPS, which been operation since 1970s. Вступ. Формування паливної безпеки є важливим для стабільності держави. Високо розвинуті нафтодефіцитні країни цьому питанню приділяють значну увагу шляхом розвитку виробництва моторного палива.Проблематика. Через падіння нафтовидобутку, занепаду нафтопереробки та обмежених можливостей щодо імпорту нафти палива Україна поступово перетворювалася на країну із критично низьким рівнем безпеки.Мета. Визначення рівня країн України зокрема в Європейському просторі основі методичного підходу, шо передбачає розрахунок локальних індикаторів за компонентами рівнями.Матеріали й методи. Інформаційною базою слугували дані Євростату. За допомогою широкомасштабного моделювання великих масивів у програмному забезпеченні Microsoft Power BI було проведено інтегральну оцінку європейських регіональному динаміці.Результати. Визначено, що міцні позиції з мають країни, які ощадливо видобувають сирі вуглеводні розвивають нафтопереробку низькоконцентрованого сировини (Норвегія — 77 %, Іспанія 48 % Литва 47 загальноєвропейському рейтингу безпеки, сформованому результатамиоцінки). Рівень скоротився 35 (13 місце) до 31 (24 місце), а руйнація виробничихпотужностей через російську агресію зводить його майже нуля. Зміцнення відбудови сирих вуглеводнях неможливе їх видобутку обмеженіможливості імпорту.Висновки. Запропоновано методичний підхід оцінки країн, будується чотирьох безпекових компонентах: достатність, наявність, прийнятність, доступність. Це дозволяє визначити її рівнями первинної, кінцевої загальної безпеки. Вирішення проблеми можливе розбудову синтетичного вугілля. Отримані результати можуть бути використані при перегляді Енергетичної стратегіїУкраїни.

The trend toward Industry 4.0 compliant production facilities necessitates a greater for high‐reliability power. Because severe losses caused power outages cannot be tolerated, an increasing number of large vital processes integrate centralized high‐quality, online UPS technology onto their network to establish grid‐to‐load link continuously condition dirty electricity from national grid.
