In the rapidly evolving field of renewable energy, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet Things (IoT) has become a transformative strategy for improving solar energy monitoring control. This paper provides comprehensive survey (AIoT) applications in illustrating how IoT technologies enable real-time monitoring, system optimization through techniques such as Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT), tracking, automated cleaning. Simultaneously, AI boosts these capabilities forecasting, optimization, predictive maintenance, fault detection, significantly enhancing performance reliability. review highlights key advancements, challenges, practical AIoT sector, emphasizing its role advancing efficiency sustainability.
