This paper provides a comparative analysis of green building strategies in circular cities from an architectural perspective. It focuses on Belgrade, Serbia, which has temperate continental climate, and Podgorica, Montenegro, with mild subtropical climate. The data were gathered through online questionnaire disseminated among 140 architects both cities. A five-point Likert scale was applied, the analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, version 23). Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability testing, group comparison methods employed to ensure valid, reliable, transparent framework processing interpreting research data. By analyzing locally available materials, technologies, climate factors, found that adoption economy principles does not significantly differ between suggests economic policy-related factors may have greater influence than initially expected. Additionally, there no significant difference integration greening (p = 0.08), challenging assumption climate-responsive design would lead distinct variations urban form.
