In recent years, the invasion of Phyllostachys edulis has intensified. This study selected edulis, edulis–Quercus acutissima mixed and Quercus forest areas analyzed changes in soil bulk density, porosity, water-holding capacity, pH, organic carbon (SOC), readily oxidized (ROC), soluble (DOC) microbial biomass (SMBC). Then, we obtained Chao index, Shannon index Simpson relationship between α diversity, β diversity community composition, abundance structure environmental factors. The results showed that with water content, capillary capacity total porosity surface increased significantly by 4.35%, 18.71%, 16.37% 14.56%, respectively, compared forest, while carbon, decreased 7.27%, 18.43%, 61.12% 61.90%. Soil at first then increased. richness were greater than those other two stands. pH content main factors affecting community. Therefore, improved retention, had greatest effect on community, followed density smallest effect.
