This study explores the production of bio-nutrients from bioactive compound-rich spent coffee grounds (SCG) and biochar (BC) through composting after inoculation with a biological agent its impact on growth performance garden cress spinach. The SCG was composted six doses BC (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25%). compost 10% exhibited best maturity, humification, phytotoxicity index values dissolved organic carbon (DOC), humification (E4/E6), germination (GI). A metagenome analysis showed that starter enhanced bacterial community's relative abundance, richness, diversity in treatments. improvement included increased

This study used ceramsite and superphosphate as exogenous additives for composting garden wastes. It investigated the changes in temperature, pH, lignocellulose, enzyme activity, humic substrates, humification parameters during process. A total of four treatments—T0 (CK), T1 (ceramsite), T2 (superphosphate), T3 (superphosphate + ceramsite)—were tested a 50-day experiment. was found that formation compost substrate could be increased to 14.69% under action ceramsite. In addition, promoted lignocellulose degradation, improved enhanced material conversion At same time, also substrates but less effective than Ceramsite is best additive promoting maturation.
