Thermochemical

Cocoa

plant
extensively
cultivated
for
its
beans,
which
are
the
primary
raw
material
chocolate
production.
This
article
aims
to
comprehensively
review
and
analyze
bioactive
compounds
present
in
cocoa
their
corresponding
biological
activities,
highlighting
potential
implications
human
health.

systematic
literature
was
conducted
