The emergence of 5G ultra-dense networks has gained considerable attention, as solutions this kind enable rapid and intelligent device connectivity, thus ushering in a new era high-speed communications. Nevertheless, the process managing mobility across varying inter-frequency strategies increases interference complexity. development reliable handover algorithm is crucial for high-quality service, especially with small cells. However, frequent handovers, ping-pong effects, load-balancing issues arise due to random dense deployment Additionally, ensuring secure smooth authentication critical, an increased risk transitions users different networks. In such context, research focuses on triggering handovers mobile networks, all while protecting sensitive data. We introduce artificial intelligence-based approach aimed at improving initiation management processes, leveraging Boruta forest optimization (BRFO) fine-tune margins identify optimal trigger points handovers. addition, impulsive graph neural network (IGNN) utilized decision framework predict minimize unnecessary stability cell environments.
