Abstract The idea of Artificial intelligence (AI) has a long history in both research and fiction been applied educational settings since the 1970s. However, topic AI underwent huge increase interest with release ChatGPT late 2022, more people were talking about generative (GenAI or GAI). According to some estimates, number publications on increased 2269.49% between 2022 2023, was even higher when related computing education. aim this study is investigate potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats education, as highlighted by published after ChatGPT. scoping literature review approach three-step process for identifying including total 129 relevant papers, 2023 2024, through Web Science Scopus databases. Included papers then analyzed theoretical thematic analysis, supported SWOT analysis framework, identify themes A 19 identified analysis. Findings have practical implications education specifically, general. highlights several challenges posed AI, such biases, overreliance, loss skills; but also possibilities, increasing motivation, transformation, supporting teaching learning. expands traditional providing risk management strategy handling AI.

Abstract The financial industry is facing increasing competition and the need for information construction, with Project management being a key factor in success. Challenges include team conflicts, lack of communication, weak cohesion, leading to internal turmoil decreased project performance. To improve performance, domestic commercial banks, examples such as Habib Bank Limited, are highly valuable. This paper proposes research model based on previous theories results conflict management, focusing how methods affect communication ultimately affecting study collected data through electronic questionnaires used SmartPLS software evaluate model’s reliability, validity, common method bias, multicollinearity. showed that Cooperative Conflict Management can while competitive weakens it.
