Crithmum maritimum (sea fennel), is a halophytic plant species found globally in coastal environments. This study the first investigation into chemical composition and biological activities of C. growing wildly Jebel Akhdar, Libya. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis was utilized to identify profile plant's volatile components; it resulted identification twenty-four components, representing 99.17% total peaks GC-MS chromatogram. The revealed that thymyl methyl ether, γ-terpinene, ledene oxide, were major constituents at relative percentage levels 56.86, 16.17, 4.32%, respectively. also indicated substantial variations Libyan compared those from various geographic regions. oil quality evaluated by investigating its vitro antioxidant activity oil's ability inhibit acetylcholinesterase (AChE) tyrosinase enzymes. markedly scavenged free radicals reduced ferric ions DPPH FRAP assays 34.30 ± 0.10 38.90 0.51 Trolox equivalents, has substantially AChE IC

Mushrooms are one of the indispensable elements human diets. Edible mushrooms stand out with their aroma and nutritional properties. In this study, some biological activities wild edible mushroom Hericium erinaceus were determined. context, firstly, most suitable extraction conditions fungus in terms activity First, 64 different experiments performed Soxhlet device under 40-70 °C temperature, 3-9 h time, 0.5-2 mg/mL conditions. As a result, total antioxidant status (TAS) analysis was performed, optimized so that objective function maximum TAS value. The data obtained from experimental study modeled artificial neural networks (ANNs), intelligence methods, genetic algorithm (GA). All subsequent tests using extract optimum capacity assessed Rel assay kits DPPH FRAP techniques. agar dilution method used to measure antimicrobial activity. anti-Alzheimer based on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). antiproliferative against A549 cancer cell line. phenolic content measured Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. measurement flavonoids conducted aluminum chloride test. LC-MS/MS equipment screen for presence standard chemicals. found be 60.667 7.833 h, 1.98 mg/mL. It determined has high potential. substance successful at combating common bacterial fungal strains when dosages ranging 25 200 µg/mL. effect attributed its heightened concentration. anti-AChE value 13.85 μg/mL, while anti-BChE confirmed 28.00 μg/mL. revealed 13 This investigation H. exhibits robust extracted appropriate circumstances.

Natural products have many healing effects on the skin with minimal or no adverse effects. In this study, we analyzed regenerative properties of a waste product (hydrolate) derived from Helichrysum italicum (HH) scratch-tested cell populations seeded fluidic culture system. has always been recognized in traditional medicine Mediterranean countries for its wide pharmacological activities. We recreated physiology bioreactor that mimics stem (SSCs) and fibroblast (HFF1) communication as vivo layers. Dynamic models represent an essential instrument recreating preserving complex multicellular organization interactions cellular microenvironment. Both types were exposed to two different concentrations HH after scratch assay compared untreated control cells. Collagen is constituent wound care act directly damaged environment. role played by stimulating collagen production during tissue repair, both static dynamic conditions, confocal microscopic analysis. addition, performed gene expression analysis revealed activation molecular program stemness treated Altogether, our results indicate future translational application natural extract support regeneration define new protocol recreate process healing.
