Epigenetic was assessed samples from 2008 2019 by applying HorvathAgeAccel, HannumAgeAccel, PhenoAgeAccel, GrimAgeAccel, DunedinPACE. Controlling for financial strain, exercise, age, gender, cell-type composition, APOE-ε4 , second- third-generation aging—PhenoAgeAccel, DunedinPACE—were significantly associated with serum levels. In contrast, first-generation clocks, including HorvathAgeAccel were not related chain. These findings suggest that newer are more strongly neurodegenerative biomarkers. Integrating advanced clocks may improve early detection decline dementia, supporting personalized medicine identifying biological profiles linked risks.

The relationship of heavy alcohol consumption (HAC) and smoking to mortality in those with CHD, mechanisms through which these effects are elicited not clear.
