Since 2019, there are many drastic changes at global level due to Covid19 outbreak. In Malaysia, people badly affected especially their mental health. Thus, this study was conducted the effects of pandemic towards community members’ health and identify themes issues. addition, researchers attempted promote studies on area. The researcher had identified relevant research through Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Reporting Items for reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approaches. articles studied published between 2019 until 2022. These were obtained from a few platforms namely Google Scholar, UKM Institutional Repository, Web Science (WoS) Scopus databases. further selected in order ensure that they aim study. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic and the many associated socio-economic changes constitute a stressful event that required adaptation to new, dynamic, often threatening conditions. According literature, coping strategies are one of factors determine person’s degree situations. A systematic review meta-analysis was performed on relationship between religious selected indicators mental health. Due large amount data, this work has been divided into two parts: first part discusses positive health indicators, while second negative (Pankowski & Wytrychiewicz-Pankowska, 2023). PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Database Abstracts Reviews Effects, Scholar databases carried out. In addition synthesis information obtained from research, correlation also strengths relationships analysed variables, moderators were assessed using meta-regression. Quality life, well-being, satisfaction with happiness, post-traumatic growth considered. Meta-analyses indicated statistically significant flourishing (well-being) overall values 0.35 [0.30; 0.40]. Further calculations − 0.25 [− 0.34; 0.15]. Data shows associations such as life growth, but these issues require further investigation.

Background: The study aim was to review the evidence and effectiveness of psychological interventions applied during Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic. Methods: A literature search run from April 2020 2021. inclusion criteria were: (1) RCTs or observational studies; (2) professional health carers patients who had contracted coronavirus pandemic; (3) adults elderly people with a viral infection diagnosis; (4) suitable measures assess intervention on clinical status behavioral aspects. An internal validity assessment planned using robvis. Data were synthesized according PICO criteria. Results: total 12 studies selected. Studies measuring mental outcomes demonstrated greatest reduction in symptoms, eight out twelve demonstrating symptoms that reached statistical significance (p < 0.05) four reaching higher level p 0.01. type predominantly cognitive therapy (CBT). This study was aimed to measure the prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress as well evaluate associations these mental disorders with sociodemographic factors, workplace worries, coping strategies among frontline HCWs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during COVID-19 pandemic.A cross-sectional conducted a tertiary teaching hospital Malaysia. Sociodemographic data questionnaire, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 21, sources worries Brief-COPE inventory were randomly distributed who worked at medical, emergency, anaesthesiology departments. The COVID-19 pandemic has had severe impacts on mental health status worldwide. Several studies have investigated the prevalence and factors associated with depression, anxiety, stress in different countries, however, a systematic review research topic during is presently lacking Malaysia's context. To fill this gap, electronic databases including PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, Sagepub, CINAHL, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences Collection were searched for relevant studies. A total of 16 included review.To review.The analyses showed that ranged from 14.3% to 81.7%, 8.0% 0.9% 56.5% respectively. Adult populations demonstrated highest whereas university students reported anxiety stress. conditions age, gender, family income, perception COVID-19.Differentials screening practices call standardised practices. Mental intervention should be targeted at high-risk effective risk communication.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic struck globe and disrupted various aspects of psychological wellbeing, more so in frontline workers. Research on assessing seroprevalence has been scarce; addition, there are limited studies association between distress. Therefore, this study aimed to determine prevalence distress whether sociodemographic variables, occupational information coping styles, processes might contribute development A cross-sectional involving 168 Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) front liners was carried out assess these issues. The Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) employed distress, together with Rapid Test Kit Antibody (RTK Ab) a series questionnaires, including questionnaire, Balanced Index Psychological Mindedness (BIPM) Mindfulness Attention Awareness (MAAS), Acceptance Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II), Brief COPE questionnaire. results demonstrated at 8.3% (95% CI = 5.0-14.0). Non-healthcare workers (HCWs) had higher prevalence. Meanwhile, depression, anxiety, stress among low (3.0%, 3.6%, 1.2%, respectively). Younger people (aged 30 years old or less) HCWs distress; being HCW significantly associated level anxiety. Dysfunctional inflexibility were consistently found be predictors for levels three variables. This suggested some alternatives that could explored by mental health providers address issues universities.
